Our associate attorneys maintain a significant level of responsibility as well as direct contact with clients and various other members of the community. Attorneys should instill a positive and trusted impact on all they come into contact with while representing the firm.

Support staff personnel should be motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn. Solid customer service abilities and strong organizational and interpersonal skills are a must.

Personal injury experience is always desired, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English and Spanish is also desirable, but not required for all positions.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation depends on experience. Hastings & Hastings offers health, dental and vision benefits, as well as paid vacation and personal time. Other benefits are available after two years of continued employment within the firm.
